Over the last 4 weeks or so, I’ve become increasingly desperate for three things: More sleep. A predictable daily schedule. Unrestricted access to coffee (see No. 1). I will never “get over” my miscarriages. Regardless of the fact that I now have 4-month-old babies — two of them — it still hurts. A lot. The pain is less fresh, but it’s there. Last week was rough, but I’m feeling a little perkier today. Psychologically, anyway.
